Leadership Gwinnett offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities for companies in our region, providing them with visibility to business and community leaders. These sponsorships not only allow Leadership Gwinnett to continue offering the highest-level programming and events, but also enable us to showcase our select group of Sustaining Partners each year.

Leadership defines Gwinnett. It sets the county apart from all others. The driving force behind this defining aspect of Gwinnett is the award-winning Leadership Gwinnett program and the many individuals who make up this world-class organization. The nine-month program provides a proven path of connectivity between influential leaders in business, government, arts, education and social services who understand the issues at hand and have the capacity to impact the community. Through this path of connection, Leadership Gwinnett has been dedicated to developing leaders who are transforming themselves, their organizations, and the community.

Participants also study the qualities that make an effective leader, analyze individual leadership roles, and develop personal leadership styles and skills. They are then challenged to apply their talents by joining professional associations, civic clubs, public boards and commissions or serve the community in an elected office.

Over the last 28 years, over 850 have graduated from the program and are very much part of today’s rich fabric of Gwinnett.
